Moris Topaz, M.D., Ph.D., is an expert in the field of Plastic Surgery and is highly involved in researching matters relating to advanced medical technologies. He holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry, a Medical Degree from Ben Gurion University, a Masters Degree Cum Laude in Plastic Surgery from the University of Tel-Aviv and a Ph.D. from Ben Gurion University. He specialized in Plastic Surgery at the Chaim Sheba Medical Center, and practiced Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in the United States.

Dr. Topaz specializes in aesthetic plastic surgery, including cosmetic surgery of the eyelids, nose, face and breasts: and reconstructive surgery of the breasts, eyelids, and after resection of skin tumors. He currently researches and develops original technologies and a variety of innovative devices to enhance and improve wound-healing.

Dr. Topaz received his M.D. Degree from Ben Gurion University in 1982 and completed his internship and residency at the Chaim Sheba Medical Center (Tel Hashomer Hospital). In 1990, Dr. Topaz served as a Fellow in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine. Dr. Topaz holds a Diploma in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery from the Tel-Aviv University Sackler Faculty of Medicine. He lectures at the Post Graduate School of Medicine, Tel Aviv University.

Since 1991 Dr. Topaz has been a Senior Advisor and Head of the Plastic Surgery Unit at the Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera, where he performs reconstructive surgery. He also has a private practice in Ra'anana and performs cosmetic surgery at the Herzliya Medical Center and at Assuta Medical Center.
 
Dr. Topaz holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Ben Gurion University, a Masters Degree Cum Laude from the University of Tel-Aviv and a Ph.D. from Ben Gurion University, Beer Sheva, (Acoustic Cavitation in Phacoemulsification and the Role of Antioxidants). He is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Chemistry at Bar Ilan University, and also lectures and conducts ongoing research pertaining to the application of new and advanced technologies, with the emphasis on evaluating and analyzing risks related to the application of advanced technologies in medicine.
 
Dr. Topaz specializes in aesthetic plastic surgery, including cosmetic surgery of the eyelids, nose, face and breasts: and reconstructive surgery of the breasts, eyelids, and following resection of skin tumors. He has written and published a large number of articles in various international medical journals, and has actively participated in numerous scientific meetings in Israel and abroad.
 
Dr. Topaz is a Visiting Professor at the The Peoples Hospital of Deyang in Sichuan, The Second Peoples Hospital in Taiyuan, Shanxi, and at the Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University in the People's Republic of China.  He was awarded the Ethicon Visiting Professorship in Cosmetic Surgery by the Association of Plastic Surgeons of India. He is Founder and Chairperson of IBIR (the International Breast Implant Registry), a member of several international plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery societies, such as: the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), the American-Israeli Plastic Surgery Fellowship (AIPSF), the Association of Plastic Surgeons of India (APSI), AIUM (the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine), and ISBI (the International Society for Burn Injuries). He has served on the Executive Committee of IPRAS (the International Confederation for Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery), and is a member and former Secretary-Treasurer of the Israel Society of Plastic Surgeons. He was Secretary-General of IQUAM (the International Committee for Quality Assurance, Medical Technologies and Devices in Plastic Surgery).
